Business Development Manager for Pel-State Services 

Jose Vargas is a real Texas Native born and raised in Houston, Tx. He has lived all over Texas, from the furthest South possible “Rio Grande Valley” to Central Texas and finally settling in West Texas January of 2016. 

With all the life experiences obtained in the growth of his career and with the many relations built, this Associates Graduate in Criminal Justice has found himself a long way away from his original life planned career!! 

With a demonstrated history of working in the Oil & Gas Industry, he has built a large network and developed a variety of skills in Developing New Business, Operations Management, Field Operations, Customer Relation Management, Sales, Negotiations, & Team Building. 

His goals are to continue building a life lasting career while applying his own life skills mentoring the youth, and assisting fellow brothers and sisters stay connected through the ups and downs of our Oil & Gas Industry.

Chad has always enjoyed working with organizations as a leader and manager throughout his life.  Finding joy and pride in several industries, He first entered into the oil and gas vertical with a small, local X-Ray & NDE company in South Texas.  After careful learning and studying of each method and task throughout the X-Ray and NDE business, Chad was able to move up quickly.  Once he honed his craft in the field, he began working as an NDT Operations Manager / Radiation Safety Officer, and later a Division Manager, and Regional Manager.

After taking his position at Clear Inspection X-Ray & NDE, Chad expanded the company’s reach into the Permian Basin, where he first discovered Oilfield Connections International.  These days, he enjoys focusing on the same tasks that assisted him with his growth in his management and NDE career, as well as assisting individuals to realize their goals for their companies, families, and careers.

Chad Tarske has been attending and networking through Oilfield Connections meetings and mixers since 2019.

David Chavez, Manager/Sales, DCJ Services, LLC; Agape Radio Ministry, Associate Minister

David, a born and raised West Texan. After graduating high school in Midland Tx, set out to Bible college and completed his ministerial studies at Mount Zion School of ministry.

As a credentialed minister having held different offices with different ministries from Youth Pastor to Associate Pastor. That road would take him from Colorado, Montana, and transiting his way back to West Texas. 

The experience he has obtained in the oilfield has been diverse but but the bulk coming from doing sales and helping manage a construction company for over a decade.

Nellie comes from the beautiful waves of Corpus Christi, Texas. She has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin TX and is a top-notch chef. 

Nellie moved to the Permian Basin in 2016 working for a company out of Alice TX, MSI. She worked for MSI for 8 ½ years and even though it was a bittersweet moment, she followed her intuition with a motto that was instilled since day one at MSI, “Times change and we change with them.”

Nellie went from her feet in the sand to a pair of good old west Texas boots and now prides herself for being in the oil and gas industry for 11 ½ years. She is driven, by a well-diversified skill in human relations, which helps her provide excellent customer service, increased sales for her company and most importantly self growth.

 She has grown into her current position as Outside Sales Representative for DeepWell Equipment Rentals and dedicates her time to taking care of customers.  

Nellie has attended OCI meetings since 2019 when they first began at a small

restaurant.

Loving to learn and help others, she feels blessed to be a part of an organization that gives back.

Kryston Miller is the Permian and Delaware Basin Sales Account Manager for Cameron Valves, A Schlumberger Company.  

She has been in the Oil & Gas Industry for over 10 years. She began her career in the Oil & Gas Industry in 2009 for Peak Completions Technologies and remained with them until she moved on to Cameron in 2019.  

Kryston’s background is driven heavily by helping others anyway she can. She was born in Lubbock, Texas and raised in Midland, Texas. 

Brandi Connally is an account manager for Cameron Valves, a Schlumberger Company.

Born and raised in Midland, Texas Brandi first entered the oil field while in high school, working for Chevron. Her oilfield experience has been of great diversity which has allowed her to grow her skillset.

Brandi began in administration and moved on to inside sales and management, before starting her new career with Cameron.

Brandi is obliged to join the OCI team, and is looking forward to connecting with the men and women of the Permian Basin.
